Award Shower – Antavo Wins Five Awards at the Bonus Awards
February 14, 2024
Antavo Loyalty Cloud sweeps in a variety of recognitions at the Bonus Awards. Not only did the renowned loyalty technology vendor secure second place as “Supplier of the Year” in the “Expert Awards”, but two of the programs they empower for their customers, Bergzeit and Lillydoo, won second and third place respectively within the Lifestyle category of the German Customer Awards.
Antavo earned not one, but five accolades at the Bonus Awards. First and foremost, the company secured the Silver Award as “Supplier of the Year” in the “Expert Awards” category, which is meant to recognize outstanding vendors in the loyalty market. Furthermore, two of Antavo’s prominent customers, Bergzeit and Lillydoo, claimed Silver and Bronze Awards respectively in two Lifestyle categories (Program of the Year and Best Promotion to Collect Points) at the Customer Awards in Germany.
The Bonus Awards provide a platform for customers and experts to express their views and acknowledge the accomplishments of an industry that has been delighting customers for years. The Bonus Awards reached over 115,000 customers voting; last year, there were only 45,000 participants.
“The Bonus Awards offer companies from different industries the opportunity to gain valuable exposure and recognition within the world of loyalty. Winning multiple awards allows us to showcase our dedication to excellence, receive feedback from our customers, and build connections with influential stakeholders within the industry. The Bonus Awards create an inspiring platform where best practices and innovative approaches can be shared.” – Attila Kecsmar, CEO and Co-founder of Antavo
The Bonus Awards are either voted by the public (Customer Awards) or by a jury of experts (Expert Awards).
The Expert Awards is staged as an international competition in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands, with the winners being decided by a panel of loyalty experts.
Antavo has won the Silver Award in the Expert Awards – Supplier of the Year category.
On the other hand, the heart of the Bonus Awards is the Customer Award. The Awards let the fans of loyalty programs have their voice heard, putting customer centricity in the spotlight. This year over 115,000 customers gave their opinion at the German Bonus Customer Awards.
Antavo’s customer Bergzeit won second place in the Customer Awards’ Lifestyle category as “Program of the Year” and “Best Promotion to Collect Points”.
Bergzeit’s primary target audience consists of hiking enthusiasts and fans of the active alpine lifestyle, therefore the company created a loyalty program, using Antavo’s Loyalty Cloud technology, that would reward members not just for shopping, but also for living athletically and completing hiking, running and biking challenges.
Based on the results, Bergzeit Club has proven great value to the brand. Overall, the loyalty program managed to increase purchase frequency and average order value: there was a 95% increase in the average frequency of orders per member and a 25% increase in average order value.

Frequently asked questions about Antavo
What can brands build with Antavo?
Brands use Antavo to run the whole loyalty and incentives program on one platform: points, tiers, challenges, streaks, referrals, clubs, and rewards beyond discounts; promotions and incentives for members and non-members alike, from bonus points and promo codes to bundles and cart-level offers; and agentic AI built in. Everything runs online, in store, on mobile, and in wallet, and marketers launch it themselves.
Who uses Antavo?
Antavo works with mid-market and upper-mid-market brands across fashion, retail, beauty, travel, hospitality, restaurants, and sports in North America and Europe: multi-market, omnichannel brands with a strong identity and customers worth keeping, including Paul Smith, KFC, SKIMS, Rip Curl, Benefit Cosmetics, and Hyatt's Inclusive Collection.
How long has Antavo been around?
Antavo was founded in 2012 and has been building loyalty programs for more than a decade, with teams across Europe and North America serving brands worldwide.
Why do brands switch to Antavo?
Most loyalty programs get stuck: reduced to a discount engine, generic to customers, or too rigid to evolve. Antavo removes those compromises. Brands get a program that feels unmistakably their own, loyalty and incentives on one platform, and the depth to handle tiers, expirations, refunds, and many markets at scale. Their own marketers run it: a tier change in an afternoon, live when they press the button.
How does Antavo use AI?
Antavo's agentic AI is built in, not bolted on. Two named agents do the work: the AI Loyalty Expert, which turns your ideas into a build-ready program, and the AI Analyst, which turns your data into clear answers and reports. Both work inside Antavo or connect to Claude and ChatGPT, and every answer is grounded in your own program and data.
What does Antavo integrate with?
Antavo is API-first with real-time webhooks and deep pre-built integrations, from Shopify, Klaviyo, Braze, and Bloomreach to the CRMs, CDPs, ESPs, and POS systems you already use. Antavo plugs into the stack you already run rather than replacing it.
