Antavo Announces Kathryn Wright as Chief Operating Officer

Antavo Loyalty Cloud appoints Kathryn Wright, former Chief of Staff, as Chief Operating Officer to support internal growth and streamline management activities. 

Kathryn initially joined the business as Chief of Staff last year, responsible for ensuring the company’s employees were equipped to do their jobs effectively. Following a successful ten months in this role, she is now taking up the mantle of Chief Operating Officer (COO) where she will take on a larger oversight over Antavo’s operations, and will also take responsibility for the HR and Customer Division, which will report directly to her. 

Besides playing a crucial role in seamlessly aligning the work of these departments, Kathryn will oversee key operations, drive key initiatives for the organization, and foster cross-department projects. 

As a former entrepreneur, Kathryn has a considerable amount of experience managing businesses. Starting out managing in retail, she soon got hooked on digital, managing a large Q&A website in 2011. In the midst of the pandemic she co-founded UpsideSaving, an open-banking powered cashback app, explored the Chief of Staff role at FT-backed publication Sifted, and for over 10 years ran an email marketing business, growing an engaged audience of 1.6 million users across the UK, which she sold- freeing her up for the opportunity to join Antavo.
