Antavo Announces Its Fall 2020 Product Release, Creating Exciting New Touchpoints for Customers

November 11, 2020

Pure-play loyalty management provider Antavo has announced its Fall 2020 product release, Carmine Red. The release features two exciting, new features focused on customer experience, the Coalition Loyalty Hub, a two-screened device designed to make customer identification and interactions with the loyalty program easier and more engaging, and the Membership Site SDK, which helps in-house development teams create the membership area of their site with full creative control.

Carmine Red release addresses a common issue among busy shopping centers, airports, and multi-brand companies that have an inconsistent customer experience due to differing levels of staff availability & training and on-site technology from one brand or store location to another.

The Coalition Loyalty Hub is an Android-based application that runs on a symmetrical device with two screens: one facing the customer, and the other facing the staff member operating it. The device enables customer identification, connects multiple participating brands to the loyalty provider, and makes point collection and redemption easier for both customer and staff.

The hub is also designed to be easy for staff to use, requiring little-to-no training thanks to a step-by-step guide on screen, instructing staff users on what customers can do within the program and how to execute each function.

The release also includes the Membership Site SDK, allowing brands to create exciting, robust membership sites, where customers can access their loyalty program profile and activities, with ease. This reduces the reliance on agencies and loyalty providers to create the membership experience. Antavo clients now have access to a predefined list of template files featuring all of Antavo’s code and software necessary to design the membership site in a live environment. Developers can download copies of the files through a Git repository and design the loyalty program sites in their own development environment.

The Membership Site SDK also allows dev teams to test the membership environment, run demos and allow decision-makers to review the site before launching customer-facing membership sites. This gives teams full creative control over the membership site and allows for a faster, smoother loyalty program launch.

“Presenting your loyalty program in a way that’s not only visually appealing, but also efficiently communicates the benefits is key to winning over customers. We designed our features with the goal of helping malls and shopping destinations unite their tenants under one roof, as well as supporting your developers when designing loyalty pages.” Csaba Horvath, Engineering Director at Antavo Loyalty Management Platform

Frequently asked questions about Antavo

What can brands build with Antavo?

Brands use Antavo to run the whole loyalty and incentives program on one platform: points, tiers, challenges, streaks, referrals, clubs, and rewards beyond discounts; promotions and incentives for members and non-members alike, from bonus points and promo codes to bundles and cart-level offers; and agentic AI built in. Everything runs online, in store, on mobile, and in wallet, and marketers launch it themselves.

Who uses Antavo?

Antavo works with mid-market and upper-mid-market brands across fashion, retail, beauty, travel, hospitality, restaurants, and sports in North America and Europe: multi-market, omnichannel brands with a strong identity and customers worth keeping, including Paul Smith, KFC, SKIMS, Rip Curl, Benefit Cosmetics, and Hyatt's Inclusive Collection.

How long has Antavo been around?

Antavo was founded in 2012 and has been building loyalty programs for more than a decade, with teams across Europe and North America serving brands worldwide.

Why do brands switch to Antavo?

Most loyalty programs get stuck: reduced to a discount engine, generic to customers, or too rigid to evolve. Antavo removes those compromises. Brands get a program that feels unmistakably their own, loyalty and incentives on one platform, and the depth to handle tiers, expirations, refunds, and many markets at scale. Their own marketers run it: a tier change in an afternoon, live when they press the button.

How does Antavo use AI?

Antavo's agentic AI is built in, not bolted on. Two named agents do the work: the AI Loyalty Expert, which turns your ideas into a build-ready program, and the AI Analyst, which turns your data into clear answers and reports. Both work inside Antavo or connect to Claude and ChatGPT, and every answer is grounded in your own program and data.

What does Antavo integrate with?

Antavo is API-first with real-time webhooks and deep pre-built integrations, from Shopify, Klaviyo, Braze, and Bloomreach to the CRMs, CDPs, ESPs, and POS systems you already use. Antavo plugs into the stack you already run rather than replacing it.
