Antavo powers the revamp of Represent’s Prestige loyalty program, rewarding the global luxury streetwear community with elevated experiences

Leading luxury streetwear brand Represent has partnered with Antavo to significantly revamp its loyalty program (starting with the concept itself) in order to deepen engagement with its global community. 

Founded in Manchester by brothers George and Michael Heaton, Represent has grown from a college project into a global luxury streetwear brand. Known for its refined aesthetic and bold designs, the label has attracted a devoted following worldwide and frequently appears in fashion editorials, with flagship styles such as the “Owners Club” collection becoming cult favourites.

Represent chose Antavo for our level of sophistication and flexibility to fulfil Represent’s complex set of requirements, powering a multi-channel loyalty program, enabling custom logic, boosting deeper engagement, and a more scalable setup.

By integrating directly into a user’s smartphone, the digital loyalty card eliminates the need for physical plastic, ensuring that members always have their program details readily accessible.

Using Antavo’s technology (Workflows, Challenges, Tiers, Friend Referral, Mobile Wallet, etc) and brilliant internal strategy, Represent revamped its Prestige loyalty program, creating a structure where every single segment of the loyalty program is highly intentional, and every touchpoint drives real-life value for the brand.

Accessible both online and in the Represent app, Prestige features six status tiers: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP. Customers move through tiers based on lifetime points earned. They get to earn in both transactional (via purchases) and non-transactional ways (via engaging with the brand, such as through challenges and profile completion). 

Antavo’s system is connected to 4 different regional Shopify stores, which means customers are able to earn points cross-country, without having to create multiple accounts. For example, someone frequently travelling between Europe and the UK gets to earn for purchases and missions in both countries, and it automatically adds up in just one account, making loyalty program usage even more convenient.

As for rewards, currently there are 29 active rewards in the program. They are either automatically designated and only need to be claimed (like a welcome discount) or available for purchases, burning loyalty points. Some are only available in select tiers. Utilizing Antavo’s Shopify connector, coupons are seamlessly created in real-time. Up next, we dive a little deeper into what makes this program truly special!

Together, automatic rewards act as a safety net that keeps all members happy and feeling recognized, while purchasable rewards act as a powerful motivator that drives sustained, high-value engagement and gives customers a tangible goal to work towards.

Tier Structure Boosting Brand Love and Customer Lifetime Value

The loyalty program’s tier system is well-rounded in every way, shape or form: benefit distribution, tier thresholds, balancing financial and non-financial benefits, highlighting access, exclusivity, and impact as real USPs.

Represent doesn’t just tell loyalty members “we appreciate you”, they actually act on it: Premium benefits already start with the first tier: Early Access, Wallet Pass, Faster Checkout, Streamlined Cs, with additional Double point promotions, Instore bookings, and Tier exclusive products following in the next brackets.

But in the highest tiers, loyalty members get to unlock opportunities to have a real impact on Represent’s future offerings and product selection:

  • Prototype testing
  • Taking part in customer surveys, polls 
  • Becoming focus group members

Represent’s loyalty missions show how intentional loyalty design can shape customer behaviour when paired with flexible technology like Antavo’s Workflows and Challenges module, building repeat purchasing habits, driving larger baskets and outfit bundling, plus amplifying launch performance.

Here are a few smart examples from Represent:

  • Purchase frequency: Challenges like “2nd purchase in 100 days,” “orders in 3 consecutive months,” or “2 orders in the same month” encourage repeat purchasing habits.
  • Average order value: The “full look” order mission nudges customers to buy complete outfits.
  • Category discovery: Missions tied to Initial, 247, Women’s, and Owners Club products promote cross-category exploration.
  • Product launches: Early access purchases and drop-specific missions boost collection launches.

The Prestige program also uses smart loyalty mechanics to strengthen the brand’s community, turning customers into active participants in the brand ecosystem:

  • Community participation: Actions like voting in community polls or attending events reward customers for engaging beyond purchases.
  • Customer advocacy: The refer 3 friends who place an order challenge (powered by Antavo’s Friend Referral module) incentivizes members to actively grow the community.
  • Peer-to-peer engagement: Point sharing allows members to gift unused points to friends, reinforcing the idea that loyalty value can be shared, and at the same time minimises the risk of points left unspent.

Together, these mechanics build emotional loyalty, strengthen brand community ties, and encourage customer ambassadorship, supporting higher CLV and organic customer growth.

Enabling not only faster implementation (with reduced data mapping time), but also constant data flow, and real-time coupon generation and distribution, making the customer experience even more convenient.

Another crucial player in a successful loyalty operation is Ometria’s customer data and experience platform. Through Antavo’s direct integration with Ometria, customer events are synced in real-time, triggering personalized communication about important events like challenge completion, tier upgrades, point sharing or coupon availability.

Enhanced communication is also supported by multiple channels and providers, such as Attentive (responsible for SMS) and CleverTap (responsible for app notification), both of which connect to Antavo’s system via webhooks.
