Antavo Helps Shokz Fine-Tune ShokzSquad With a Loyalty Program Revamp

Antavo is partnering with Shokz, the global open-ear audio brand, to revamp ShokzSquad in the US, helping members unlock richer perks while supporting repeat purchases, advocacy, and long-term engagement.

Founded in 2011, Shokz is known for pioneering open-ear audio technology and bone conduction headphones. With a fast-growing global community, the brand has built a strong reputation among athletes, runners, commuters, and everyday listeners who want awareness, comfort, and quality sound.

Antavo is proud to support Shokz in the revamp of ShokzSquad, the brand’s US loyalty program available through the Shokz website. Powered by Antavo’s AI-driven loyalty platform, the renewed program is designed to recognize members for purchases and deeper brand engagement by utilizing Antavo’s Mobile Wallet solution, Challenges, Tiers, Workflows Modules, and advanced integration ecosystem.

Point earning: Rewarding spend and profile completion

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points contribute to tier progress rather than direct redemption, helping Shokz recognize loyal customers. 

Members can also earn 10 points by completing their profile, including optional details such as their birthday, gender, and headphone usage scenario. This creates a transparent value exchange: customers move closer to higher status, while Shokz can better understand members’ preferences based on information they choose to provide, supporting more relevant communication, segmentation, and future personalization, consistent with Shokz’s Privacy Policy.

Higher-tier exclusivity: Turning loyalty into anticipation

ShokzSquad features four tiers: Entry, Active, Advanced, and Pro, giving members a transparent path from first purchase to higher-value status. For Advanced and Pro members, ShokzSquad adds benefits that go beyond standard offers:

1. New release giveaways provide eligible members with opportunities to enter periodic sweepstakes for newly launched products, helping Shokz build excitement around product launches and introduce members to new products. 

2. Priority access gives higher-tier members early opportunities to secure inventory for new releases and limited-edition items, subject to availability, helping members stay informed and engaged with upcoming launches and Member Hub updates.

3. VIP event giveaways for Pro members may include opportunities to enter sweepstakes for select sporting events, Shokz brand launch events, product co-creation workshops, and other offline experiences, subject to the applicable official rules. 

These benefits help transform the program from a points-based structure into a community-building engine, strengthening advocacy and emotional loyalty among Shokz’s most engaged customers.

Mobile Wallet: Loyalty access in every member’s pocket

ShokzSquad also uses a mobile wallet solution to make membership easier to access during every interaction, such as offline event identification (marathons/races). Members can keep their loyalty ID, tier status, points balance, and available benefits in their phone wallet, reducing friction and keeping the program visible beyond the website. 

This creates a more convenient experience for customers, while helping Shokz encourage repeat engagement, faster identification, and stronger benefit awareness without requiring members to search through emails or log in repeatedly.

Coming soon: Friend Referrals

Friend referral is also part of the ShokzSquad roadmap, giving Shokz a future opportunity to turn satisfied members into advocates. Once live, referrals can support lower-cost customer acquisition, community growth, and stronger member-to-member recommendation behavior.
