Nuki Club Unlocks a Smarter Loyalty Program With Antavo’s Technology

Austrian smart locks manufacturer Nuki just re-launched its loyalty program, Nuki Club, with the help of Antavo, putting a new spin on referral systems.
Founded in 2014 by brothers Martin Pansy and Jürgen Pansy, Nuki has quickly become a formidable force, now completely dominating the market for smart, retrofittable access solutions. The company is dedicated to revamping its existing referral program with the help of Antavo’s flexible yet powerful loyalty technology.
The newly relaunched Nuki Club—exclusive to all owners and users of a Nuki Smart Lock or Nuki Opener—aims for simplicity and instant gratification. The loyalty program stays firmly rooted in encouraging referral activity, adding progressive rewards to further incentivize word-of-mouth.
Freshly joined Nuki Club members can share their referral codes with friends, family members and acquaintances. However, there is a spin to the usual progression: instead of rewarding members for each referred person they brought under the program’s umbrella, there are milestone rewards. Members receive a new, bigger coupon after the 1st, 3rd, 5th and 10th friends they have referred.
This incremental approach to referrals places a larger emphasis on engagement and commitment. In addition, members can also earn coupons as rewards, for non-transactional activities, such as profile completion, as well as a surprise coupon on their birthday.
