Influence the shopping behavior of entire groups with points pooling, family accounts, and so much more using Antavo’s flexible Clubs module.
By offering a form of points pooling, you drive brand advocacy among customers, who would invite their friends and family members to join the loyalty program.
With Antavo’s Clubs module, you can set up a system for families or support sports organizations and hobby groups with up to 100,000 members.
76% of consumers would rather shop with brands that offer club-style points pooling. Yet, only 4 out of 10 businesses include this feature in their loyalty program. * According to GCLR 2025.
Antavo’s new Clubs module allows program owners to add community-building elements to their loyalty program by creating Club templates and setting the rules. Enrolled members can set up groups, invite their friends or family, and start earning points together.
Points pooling in loyalty programs is a popular feature among customers, yet very few brands offer it. So Antavo’s goal was to go a step beyond what’s currently available on the market. We offer a template-based system with plenty of customization options. Therefore, you can build a different experience for B2C retail, a B2B service, or even a B2E employee recognition program.

Using Antavo’s Clubs Module is a walk in the park. First, you need to create a template for all the groups: while the Clubs module allows members to join or create clubs within the loyalty program, it’s the template where you can set the collective rules on how these clubs work.
The Clubs Module
Antavo’s module allows you to create a wide range of Club types. You can create Clubs meant for families, but later change the template in favor of larger sports teams, where up to 100,000 members can join. This process requires no additional implementation.
The Clubs Module
You can decide whether the Club points are deducted from the points members would earn for their single account or are added separately on top of it. On top of that, you can specify who is eligible to redeem the rewards: everyone or just the club owner.
The Clubs Module
You can make Club memberships public, so everyone can join, boosting participation rates. It can also be invite-only, adding a feeling of exclusivity while at the same time making it easier for club owners to maintain control over new members. This is also recommended for clubs which are made for families or groups of friends.
The Clubs Module
On Antavo’s Management UI, you can review the progress of individual Clubs: how many members they have, how many points each individual person earned or spent, and what the overall progress is, etc. This provides a clear view of a group’s overall lifetime value and engagement level.
Is the Clubs feature part of Antavo’s platform?
Yes, the Clubs module is an integral part of our Loyalty Engine. This means that it seamlessly synergizes with our modules. For example, you can use the same point expiration or point burning rules for both Club accounts and individual accounts.
Where can I learn how to use Antavo’s Clubs Module?
We have a whole course dedicated to Clubs in our learning platform, the Antavo Academy. By enrolling, you get a refresher on how Clubs works, get access to plenty of inspiration, and of course, receive step-by-step instructions on how to configure your templates.
Antavo continuously enhances its Loyalty Engine, and the Clubs Module is no exception. In future updates, you can expect many exciting additions, such as the ability to donate points to the club account from the individual point balance. With these updates, Antavo seeks to help brands build community-based loyalty programs that also align with their CSR activities.
