Antavo Launches Antavo Academy for Partners and Customers

Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud has launched Antavo Academy, a training program offering educational courses to customers and partners to help them build and maintain loyalty programs with Antavo’s technology.
The Antavo Academy offers hands-on tutoring from experts with years of experience in loyalty project implementations, loyalty program changes and maintenance. Its team of tutors includes technical experts with extensive product knowledge, as well as analysts with years of experience in scoping loyalty programs and a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) certification. Courses range from business objective-driven content to configurations and technical concepts. The flexible narrative of the educational material is designed to engage different audiences, regardless of the role they play in the setup and maintenance of their brand’s loyalty program.
Courses come in both self-learning and instructor-led formats, allowing users to schedule learning alongside their day-to-day tasks. As modules are completed, Antavo tutors review and correct practical exams and practice tasks in the specially developed sandbox account, with feedback then shared with the Academy member providing helpful suggestions for improvement.
Upon successful completion of most courses, learners are provided certification to formally prove their capability and understanding of the Antavo platform. These are valid for 12 months, at which stage they can be renewed by taking updated sessions on the given topic, encouraging students to keep their knowledge updated over time.

The Academy has been expertly designed to offer the most valuable insight to different audiences. For partners, there will be a Sales Enablement Hub focused on enabling partner sales and solution teams to confidently present a joint proposition with Antavo. Alongside this, Implementation Enablement Courses will enable partner agency teams to use, configure and integrate the Antavo platform in their loyalty projects.
For customers, there is a focus on providing structured training content, for example, a curriculum dedicated to the loyalty project scoping phase which highlights the key considerations around the main loyalty program mechanics. Additionally, customers will be able to request private lessons with tutors for further in-depth learning.
