Antavo Brings Home Three Trophies from the Retail Systems Awards 2025

Antavo proudly took home three trophies at the Retail Systems Awards 2025, in collaboration with two of its valued customers.

Yeo Valley Organic’s Yeokens, powered by Antavo, won in the “Customer Experience Innovation of the Year” and the “Customer Loyalty Programme of the Year” categories at the Retail Systems Awards 2025.

Yeo Valley Organic’s loyalty program, Yeokens, launched in March 2023, was brought to life to emphasize the importance of community, loyalty, sustainability, and to engage legend-dairy customers in a fun and meaningful way. KFC UK & Ireland won in the “Mobile Innovation of the Year” category. 

Powered by Antavo, KFC created a revamped mobile app-based loyalty program, KFC Rewards Arcade, that allows people to win instantly through fun arcade-style games like HammerTime and Pinballer.

KFC Rewards Arcade features a vibrant, fun, and colorful 3D space. The first game, which marked the KFC Rewards Arcade’s launch, is Hammer Time, a classic arcade-style game where players choose one of three hammers and swing to win by ringing the bell at the top of the tower.  As they swing the hammer, an animated 3D action plays. It is spectacular, impactful, and provides an opportunity for social interaction, as people can watch it together, cheering for a good result.

Following Hammer Time’s success, KFC UK & Ireland considered how to build on it. They wanted to keep the experience fresh by changing the game. Their choice was a pinball-style game, an instantly recognizable classic for all arcade fans. The prize system worked similarly, as those who were successful received free food items.

The Reward Arcade’s theme and concept was created by RAPP. The global marketing and advertising agency’s UK branch is working together with KFC UK & Ireland on the strategy and creatives behind the loyalty program.

  • 25% of customers say they use the KFC app more frequently since playing the Rewards Arcade
