Flying Tiger Jumpstarts New Loyalty Program, Powered by Antavo Loyalty Cloud

After a lightning-fast – under 30 days – implementation period, Danish variety store chain Flying Tiger Copenhagen has successfully launched its brand new customer club loyalty program powered by Antavo Loyalty Cloud. 

The brand launched the Flying Tiger Copenhagen Club mobile app and accompanying loyalty program in order to further elevate its unique customer experience. Seamlessly breaching the gap between the digital and in-store worlds, and utilizing Antavo’s omnichannel capabilities, the company is able to offer a fully connected, constantly fresh experience to its customers.

The app works as a functional and engaging hub for Flying Tiger Copenhagen, where customers can instantly access their membership card, various vouchers, and discounts (applicable to in-store purchases, ranging from 10% to 20%), plus exclusive limited-time offers.

The program is currently available in Denmark, with the initiative to be launched first in the Nordic region, and then gradually expanded to the company’s total 36 markets.
