Antavo Announces Winter 2020 Product Release, Unlocking More Points and Tier Personalization

Pure-play loyalty management provider Antavo has announced its official Winter 2020 product release, Deep Lavender. The release is based on two new features that allow brands, retailers and shopping malls to deeply personalize a sophisticated point system and tier experience in their loyalty program.
The Winter 2020 release is a direct result of clients’ unwavering commitment to customer experience and desire to create exciting personalized journeys within their loyalty program. The update allows loyalty program owners to more easily create and change the point and tier rules in one unified area of the platform.
The Deep Lavender release allows companies to choose from a variety of point expiration options, including calendar-year expiration, rolling expiration or no loyalty point expiration at all. And a newly introduced Tiers Module gives businesses more freedom in designing customer journeys.
One highlight of the updated Tiers Module is that loyalty program members can be allowed to be in more than one tier simultaneously. By allowing businesses to easily create multiple tier structures based on the different ways members engage, for example based on social media activity, friend referrals, or more traditionally, purchase, they can reward their customers in new ways, encouraging them to complete valuable actions as a part of the loyalty program. It also allows organizations to personalize their marketing communications in new ways, as each tier represents a valuable customer segment, and each action and milestone gives brands and retailers a new reason to reach out.
