What kinds of promotions can I run with Antavo?

Antavo supports 10+ promotion types out of the box, including price reductions, promo codes, bundles, BOGO, buy-X-get-Y, free samples, free shipping, cross-sell offers, and promotional pricing. Every type can be combined with audience, product, and location targeting.

Can I run promotions in-store as well as online?

Yes. Antavo connects to both your ecommerce checkout and your physical POS via API. The same promotion rules apply across both channels, so a single campaign can work online, in-store, or both at the same time.

Do I need a developer to launch a new promotion?

Only for the initial setup. Once the platform is connected to your store and POS, every promotion after that is configured and launched by the marketing team. No developer tickets, no engineering releases.

How does targeting work?

You can target promotions by audience (customer segments synced from your CRM or CDP through Audiences feature), by product or category (using your catalogue in Product Hub), by location (specific stores or regions), or any combination of the three.

How does this work with our loyalty program?

Promotions and loyalty run on the same Antavo platform. The customer segments your loyalty team builds can target promotions. Loyalty tier data can drive promotion behaviour at checkout. The most sophisticated brands run both on Antavo specifically because they live on one platform, not two.

How many promotions can I run at once?

Up to 50 active promotions per location at any time. This is well above what most brands need for a normal campaign calendar.
