Antavo Announces Spring 2020 Product Release, Opening Up New Loyalty Features for Salesforce Users

Pure-play loyalty management provider Antavo has announced its Spring 2020 product release, Sky Blue. The release is centered around its seamless Salesforce integration, which allows marketers to use Antavo’s powerful loyalty engine, but manage their loyalty programs and use valuable loyalty data within Salesforce. This eliminates the need for marketing teams to learn and introduce yet another tool to their arsenal.

Sky Blue allows Salesforce Commerce Cloud users to offer a complete loyalty experience within their digital storefront. Customers can enroll in the program, complete virtual treasure hunts, be rewarded for social engagements and friend referrals, see how many points they will earn for purchase on product pages, as well as check their point balance and engage with the loyalty membership site.

The integration also allows Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud users to manage customer and partnership data and complete manual actions, such as assigning points or rewards to members, directly within the CRM.

And Salesforce Marketing Cloud users have a whole host of new capabilities at their fingertips with the loyalty data they receive from Antavo, such as opt-in data, point redemption, reward claims, challenge completion, and campaign engagement data. This allows marketers to create a whole new range of campaigns with rich loyalty data sets, in a tool they’re already familiar with.

This integration allows Salesforce users to run sophisticated loyalty programs and run loyalty campaigns in a holistic way, without the need for new tools and extensive training.
