Antavo and Notino Launch “Notino Club”, Beauty Loyalty Elevated Across Europe

Antavo has partnered with Notino, Europe’s largest online beauty retailer, to launch “Notino Club.” With deep experience in the beauty space, Antavo will power a new loyalty program that rewards every purchase, supports omnichannel engagement, and accelerates customer lifetime value.

Founded in 2004 in Brno, Notino has grown from a Czech start-up into Europe’s preeminent online beauty retailer, active in 27 countries with millions of customers. From perfumes and skincare to haircare and cosmetics, Notino curates an extensive catalog of leading global brands. We are excited to reveal that Notino’s new loyalty program, Notino Club, is now live in the Czech Republic and Hungary, in partnership with Antavo’s AI Loyalty Cloud. As the trusted loyalty technology partner, Antavo has migrated roughly 1 million existing customers (each with spendable points) and will support Notino in delivering a seamless, rewarding experience from day one.

Customers will earn 1 CZK = 1 point on every purchase, and points can be redeemed for Discovery Boxes, partner gifts, or discounts. The program is fully omnichannel – available across mobile, web, click-&-collect, and retail – and integrated with Bloomreach to power automated, personalized communications.

Launch incentives include:

  • Enrollment Bonus (200 pts), 
  • Birthday Bonus (100 pts), 
  • App purchase bonus (200 pts), 
  • and themed campaigns like “Relax in the salon” (earning 500 pts).
