Antavo and mParticle Partnership Helps Clients Solidify Their Customer Data Strategy

A new partnership between Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud and mParticle CDP allows customers to bring loyalty data into their data framework and ensure customer events — no matter where they happen — are visible and actionable across both platforms.
MParticle is a customer data platform (CDP) for omnichannel consumer brands. This partnership and seamless integration allow brands to do two key things: synchronize their customer data and events with Antavo and ensure that loyalty data is part of the 360-customer view.

The two-way integration between Antavo and mParticle partnership can be set up in Antavo’s platform or through the mParticle module’s external events page. Users can manage customer segmentation on either platform, in order to improve personalization and the customer experience overall, both in the loyalty program or in other communications.
