BrewDog Launches Planet BrewDog, a Rewards Programme Powered by Antavo

The new badge-based rewards system already has over 100,000 members in it, earning rewards for completing a range of actions. The programme encourages adventure, rewarding customers for exploring more of the retailer’s beer selection. Rewards range the gamut, from coupons to exclusive content to special week-long perks.
BrewDog is a global craft beer brewer and bar business. Founded in 2007, the company started out producing ales and lagers for retail and online purchase, and ventured into the bar business just two years later. The company is known for its fierce entrepreneurial spirit and mantra of breaking traditional business rules and putting passion above all else.
On a mission to prove that business can be a force for good, BrewDog is a carbon-negative company and purchases made within the Planet BrewDog programme correspond to CO2 offsets, for which members can unlock a new badge.
Equity For Punks, BrewDog’s long-running investment initiative, which allows customers to become investors in the business, is also a key part of the programme. Equity Punk investors receive their own special experience within the programme.
In addition to rewarding members for trying beer and helping the company achieve its sustainability goals, it also incentivises customers to complete a beer profile and refer friends to the program. Planet BrewDog has initially launched online in the UK market and the company has plans to extend the programme to their UK bars and roll out across their other markets.
