Antavo, in cooperation with PwC, is preparing the Global Customer Loyalty Report 2022. To deliver insight from Loyalty, CRM and Marketing Leaders in their report, they have released a survey, which is now available for experts all across the globe. The 10-minute survey covers current challenges and trends in customer retention and loyalty. Participants’ responses will be used to supplement the Global Customer Loyalty Report 2022, which will examine current trends, challenges and opportunities in the loyalty space, across a wide range of verticals and geographies.
With the huge jump in eCommerce sales over the last year and a half, and a new in-store customer behavior emerging, customer retention and loyalty programs are experiencing evolution on a grand scale. For that reason, the survey and report will explore both the traditional concept of loyalty programs, as well as a host of new trends, ideas and approaches to how businesses perceive loyalty and how they interact with customers to cultivate more purchase frequency and brand loyalty.
The survey will be open until September 28, 2021 and participants who complete the survey and leave their contact information will receive a complimentary copy of the published report, and be able to get it in early access before the official release in Q4 2021.
