Our customers and their nominations
Paul Smith’s Collectors Club is nominated for the “Best Retail Loyalty Program of the Year Europe (Non- Food)” category
Collectors Club was designed to bring Paul Smith’s unique story to life through the loyalty experience. Inspired by Paul’s habit of collecting stamps during his travels, the concept creates a natural connection between the program’s mechanics and the brand’s identity.
Powered by Antavo’s technology, Collectors Club combines points and tiers with a dual-stamp mechanic: redeemable stamps that function as cashback and special-edition stamps that serve as collectible, non-monetary badges.
Together, these elements transform everyday purchases and in-store interactions into memorable experiences that encourage customers to return, without relying on blanket discounting, an approach that aligns with Paul Smith’s premium brand positioning.
Here’s a sneak peek at the results:
Faster onboarding, stronger retention
Compared with members who did not redeem their welcome gift, those who did achieved:
- 85.1% faster opt-in to first purchase (1.49 vs. 10.02 days)
- 21.8% faster first to second purchase (26.81 vs. 34.27 days)
- 36.1% faster opt-in to second purchase (28.30 vs. 44.28 days)
Program-wide results before and after opt-in
- 12% increase in average order value among entry-level customers, comparing the same customers before and after joining Collectors Club
- 11–13% increase in purchase frequency among top-tier customers, comparing the same customers before and after joining

Vivobarefoot’s VivoRewards is a finalist for the “Best Loyalty Newcomer in Europe” category
The aim of VivoRewards is to build a loyalty program that reflects the brand’s wider mission: helping people reconnect with nature, movement and foot health by freeing their feet. Rather than creating a conventional points-for-purchase program, Vivobarefoot wanted to reward customers for engaging across the full “MyVivo” ecosystem
At the heart of the brand is the MyVivo ecosystem, a connected customer experience across the barefoot journey built around three core pillars:
– Footwear: Traditional footwear purchases, but also repairs and shoe recycling.
– Health: VivoHealth content, health courses, and in-store foot scans that help customers understand biometric data about their feet.
– Community: In-store events, outdoor events, reviews, referrals, and other ways for customers to engage with the brand.
VivoRewards was designed to sit across all three pillars, rewarding customers as they progress through their own barefoot journey and encouraging deeper engagement with the Vivobarefoot ecosystem.
In under six months, the program:
- reached over 60,000 members, exceeding the KPI two weeks early
- members now represent 7% of active customers while driving 21% of total revenue
- isued 20 million loyalty points
- more than 12,000 loyalty discount codes redeemed
- member lifetime value is 1.9× higher than that of non-members
- while supporting Vivobarefoot’s mission to reconnect people with nature and foot health.
Scandic Hotel’s Scandic Friends is up for the “Best European Hotel Loyalty Program” category
Powered by Antavo, Scandic Friends is the largest loyalty program in the Nordics, with around 3.5 million members across seven membership levels. Members earn benefits including discounts, restaurant vouchers, early check-in, late checkout, room upgrades, room guarantees, and free breakfast at higher tiers.
Scandic wanted to remain relevant between stays, increase direct engagement, reduce reliance on online travel agents, and provide members with more meaningful ways to earn, use, and experience loyalty benefits. They wanted to move beyond traditional, transactional partnerships and create a deeper, more valuable loyalty proposition for members.
The SAS EuroBonus partnership was created to address this. It connects two leading Nordic travel brands — hotels and airlines — through account linking, tier matching, free point transfer, joint benefits, a white-label hotel booking experience within the SAS ecosystem, and coordinated marketing campaigns.
The partnership has successfully transformed Scandic Friends from a standalone hotel loyalty program into part of a broader travel ecosystem.
Results include:
- 30% increase in room nights among existing Scandic Friends members who linked their accounts and received a tier boost
- Scandic Friends members already represent 34% of all room nights sold,
- with members staying approximately 4.5 million room nights annually
Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud is shortlisted in the “Best Supplier/Vendor Innovation – Europe” category
Antavo is a loyalty and incentives platform that turns customers into regulars, the customers who come back without being chased, buy more often, spend more over time, and bring other people with them.
The core belief underlying everything Antavo does is that the value in commerce has moved from reach to relationship. Winning a customer once is expensive and worth less every year; a customer relationship compounds in the opposite direction because a returning customer costs a fraction of a new one, improves unit economics, and brings others in. Antavo exists to make the customer relationship a brand’s most reliable engine of growth.
At the heart of this innovation is Antavo’s agentic AI technology. Its AI Loyalty Expert can transform strategy documents, workshop notes, and initial ideas into implementation-ready program plans covering loyalty mechanics, customer journeys, integrations, and front-end requirements. Its AI Analyst allows teams to ask questions about program performance in plain language, receive charts and summaries, and identify opportunities to improve retention, spending, purchase frequency, and member engagement.
By combining AI-guided planning, flexible program execution, enterprise-scale infrastructure, and continuous optimization, Antavo helps brands replace loyalty complexity with a faster, more connected, and more intelligent way of building lasting customer relationships. This end-to-end approach is what makes Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud a finalist for Best Supplier/Vendor Innovation – Europe.

Frequently asked questions about Antavo
What can brands build with Antavo?
Brands use Antavo to run the whole loyalty and incentives program on one platform: points, tiers, challenges, streaks, referrals, clubs, and rewards beyond discounts; promotions and incentives for members and non-members alike, from bonus points and promo codes to bundles and cart-level offers; and agentic AI built in. Everything runs online, in store, on mobile, and in wallet, and marketers launch it themselves.
Who uses Antavo?
Antavo works with mid-market and upper-mid-market brands across fashion, retail, beauty, travel, hospitality, restaurants, and sports in North America and Europe: multi-market, omnichannel brands with a strong identity and customers worth keeping, including Paul Smith, KFC, SKIMS, Rip Curl, Benefit Cosmetics, and Hyatt's Inclusive Collection.
How long has Antavo been around?
Antavo was founded in 2012 and has been building loyalty programs for more than a decade, with teams across Europe and North America serving brands worldwide.
Why do brands switch to Antavo?
Most loyalty programs get stuck: reduced to a discount engine, generic to customers, or too rigid to evolve. Antavo removes those compromises. Brands get a program that feels unmistakably their own, loyalty and incentives on one platform, and the depth to handle tiers, expirations, refunds, and many markets at scale. Their own marketers run it: a tier change in an afternoon, live when they press the button.
How does Antavo use AI?
Antavo's agentic AI is built in, not bolted on. Two named agents do the work: the AI Loyalty Expert, which turns your ideas into a build-ready program, and the AI Analyst, which turns your data into clear answers and reports. Both work inside Antavo or connect to Claude and ChatGPT, and every answer is grounded in your own program and data.
What does Antavo integrate with?
Antavo is API-first with real-time webhooks and deep pre-built integrations, from Shopify, Klaviyo, Braze, and Bloomreach to the CRMs, CDPs, ESPs, and POS systems you already use. Antavo plugs into the stack you already run rather than replacing it.
