What kinds of promotions can I run with Antavo?

Can I run promotions in-store as well as online?
Yes. Antavo connects to both your ecommerce checkout and your physical POS via API. The same promotion rules apply across both channels, so a single campaign can work online, in-store, or both at the same time.
Do I need a developer to launch a new promotion?
Only for the initial setup. Once the platform is connected to your store and POS, every promotion after that is configured and launched by the marketing team. No developer tickets, no engineering releases.
How does targeting work?
You can target promotions by audience (customer segments synced from your CRM or CDP through Audiences feature), by product or category (using your catalogue in Product Hub), by location (specific stores or regions), or any combination of the three.
How does this work with our loyalty program?
